Our impact.
The Helpful Hands Foundation can make a difference in your community by directing donations and volunteer time to projects that will have a real impact. Through our combined efforts we are lessening the burdens of government; lessening neighborhood tensions; combating community deterioration; projects promote strong families, successful children and youth, and promote financial independence.
A snapshot of our current activity includes:
• Helping teens and young adults find and follow their own paths to prosperity through entrepreneurship, job readiness and financial education
• Providing youngsters a fun and exciting opportunity to engage in non-contact sports, continuous action while learning lessons in teamwork.
• Providing housing and foreclosure prevention counseling.
• Providing Community Outreach Education Workshops.
• Alleviating and supporting young women struggling with crisis pregnancies.
• Alleviating stresses in the community through Food Drive, Back to School Campaigns and more.
