The Helpful Hands Foundation foreclosure counseling team counsels and educates in foreclosure prevention by helping homeowners learn to modify and restructure their existing mortgage loans. Community Youth Development (CYDA), providers of the NFL Flag Football League

The Community Youth Development Association (CYDA) has a joint venture agreement with the NFL and operates the NFL Youth Flag Football League for the Metropolitan Orlando area. This league is the only year around registered/sanctioned NFL Youth Flag Football League program in Orange, Volusia and Seminole Counties.

NFL Flag Football We partner with the NFL through their “caring for Kids” program and are affiliated with the NFL retired players association. Youth football is all about positive reinforcement and teaching good sportsmanship, proper football fundamentals and promoting character building activities for the kids. Having tangible role models with integrity to show them the way is critical, especially in their formative years. We recognize and appreciate the value of the sacrifice and commitment the parents and others in the community make to support this cause. We are making a difference in the lives of these children.

NFL Flag Football League for Metropolitan Orlando is a program offered by the Community Youth Development Association (CYDA). It is a subsidy of The Helpful Hands Foundation (THHF), a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization that was formed to provide help for and advocate on behalf of homeowners experiencing problems with their mortgage and facing foreclosure. THHF was also established to provide work programs and other community programs for the youth. From this notion, CYDA was created to provide the highest quality self-esteem building and educational sports programs for youth in the community that all families can afford. CYDA aspires to provide an outlet for youth where they can learn life-skills, develop conflict resolution skills and learn as well as practice healthy living habits in a controlled environment.
