The Helpful Hands Foundation Community Development Center is another step to reach out to our local individual and professional communities to develop social programs for education, work and foreclosure assistance. A brick and mortar place that serves as a hub for all our volunteers, counselors, youths and the community to share ideas and put forth strong programs that can serve and help people in the best way possible.


Foreclosure Prevention Counseling Assistance

The Helpful Hands Foundation foreclosure counseling team counsels and educates in foreclosure prevention by helping homeowners learn to modify and restructure their existing mortgage loans. Let foreclosure be the last option available. We can counsel you to keep your home and prevent you from going into foreclosure.

Remember, not all options will apply to everyone. Each homeowner will have a unique set of circumstances. It is very important that an assessment of your current crisis situation be performed before we can find the right solution for you.

    Community Youth Development (CYD)

    Community Youth Development is a sport minded venture for our youths and adults, currently operating specialty designed sport programs.

    The Community Youth Development (CYD) is a program of The Helpful Hands Foundation (THHF), a 501(c)(3) non profit organization that was formed in 2006. THHF was also established to provide work programs and other community programs for adults and youths. CYD was created to provide the highest quality self-esteem building and educational sports programs for the community that all families can join in. CYD aspires to provide an outlet for all adults and youth where they can learn life-skills, develop conflict resolution skills and learn as well as practice healthy living habits in a competetive environment.
