What would this place have to posses to entice the young and old to play together?

What futuristic structures and technology would it have to have to produce it's own power, water, food etc?

Perhaps new cool looking futuristic barns and homestead designs that are storm and hurricane proof. Water management distribution systems. Off the grid self power generation. Winterized greenhouses for year round growing season. These are just some examples of our project.

The Helpful Hands Foundation has a location of 5 agricultural acres in North Central Florida ready for development. One mile from a major higway and 30 miles north of Orlando. We have spent last 3 years testing variables such as soil, water, power, agricultural development and growing methods, seasonal, greenhouses, winterizing and community intergration. We welcome all input for this project.
